All skill levels welcome at camp — whether you're pitching your first tent (just getting started with Quickbase) or you're the seasoned trailblazer who knows every path through the woods (an intermediate or advanced builder), there's a track built for you. Builders, admins, operations leaders, and solution architects across every industry are invited to grab a seat around the fire.  

Plans change, so here's how it works. Cancel up to 14 days before your event date for a full refund. After that window closes, we're unable to issue refunds. 

Can't make it? You don't have to lose your spot. Transfer your registration to a colleague at no cost by emailing campqb@quickbase.com, and we'll get them set up on the trail in your place. 

The first 100 attendees to register for each Camp Quickbase program will receive a complimentary Certification Exam code. Codes are valid for one exam attempt, non-transferable, and must be redeemed within 90 days of issue. 

No cabin required — Camp Quickbase is a day-hike, not an overnight expedition. We designed the one-day format so you can build, learn, and connect without packing a bag. That said, if you're traveling from farther out and want to make basecamp nearby, we'll have a hotel booking link available following your camp registration. 

• A full day on the trail: one immersive day away from your inbox, built entirely around hands-on Quickbase learning. 

• A trail map of resources: curated materials for attendees, built to support what you learn long after the day ends. 

• A seat at the Product AMA: close out the day with a live, unscripted Q&A where you can ask Quickbase's product team anything. 

• Workshops you actually build in: every session puts you in the app, solving real problems alongside other builders. 

• Quickbase experts, ready to talk shop: they'll be on-site all day, eager to hear what you're building and help you get unstuck. 

• Fueled all day: breakfast, lunch, and snacks covered, so the only thing you have to plan is what to build next. 

• A shot at certification, for early campers: the first 100 attendees to register for each Camp Quickbase program will receive a complimentary Certification Exam code. Codes are valid for one exam attempt, non-transferable, and must be redeemed within 90 days of issue.

• Curiosity and questions — bring the real challenges you're facing; that's what the experts and workshops are there for 

• Laptop — your primary tool for hands-on building all day 

• Charger — keep your gear powered through every session 

• Water bottle — stay refreshed between workshops (we'll have refill stations) 

• Light jacket or sweater — conference room AC has a way of feeling more like basecamp than beach 

• Business cards — for trading trail stories with fellow campers (and Qrew connections)  

Everything else — the workshops, the community, the s'mores of knowledge — we've got covered.

Overnight self-parking fee $25.00 per vehicle, per night, plus tax for overnight Hotel guests.  

Day-of-event self-parking offered complimentary for up to ten (10) hours. Does not apply to overnight self parking. (Normally $10.00 for first and second hour, up to $55.00 daily maximum) 

No infants or children under the age of 18 are allowed in sessions. 

Additional guests cannot join Camp Quickbase activities without purchasing a ticket.

Business casual is suggested attire for the event.
